PMZ Real Estate is pleased to announce the association of Mike Oldham and his team, the Oldham Team, with our Stockton Division.  Originally from Stockton, Mike is a licensed real estate broker, licensed since 1987.

The Oldham Team represents buyers, sellers; and lessees as well as Lessors.

Past, present, and future clients will benefit from Mike’s experience with Residential, Multiple Unit Investment Properties, Bare Land and development of Bare Land, and Commercial Buildings.

The Oldham Team works in a focused group effort with select clients to obtain their clients real estate and financing needs.  We are aggressive in providing exceptional service and keeping all involved well informed.

Mission of the Oldham Team is to be customer-obsessed rather than competitively focused.  We do not want to be known as volume producers, but as Realtors® who accomplish results and customer satisfaction.  This is during and after the close of escrow.

Continuing education to stay abreast of clients needs are important.  Mike is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute with a GRI designation, holder of the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Manager), as well as e-Pro, RECS, REO, and a graduate of Columbia College with a BA degree.

We believe our clients and their goals are the most important element of our business.  Proof of our success is the continuous repeat and referral business we receive from current clients.
